Last week Ryan visited colleagues in Beijing and gave seminars at Beijing Forestry University, Peking University, and the Institute of Botany at the Chinese Academy of Sciences. At Peking University, he was hosted by Wang Shaopeng. At the Chinese Academy of Sciences, he was hosted by Chen Lei and Mi Xiangcheng and was given a tour of the new Plant Science Data Center.
